Skög is Old Norse for forestland, and more specifically, dense forests composed heavily of conifers. Here, our oil is richly saturated with spruce tree resin itself, layered with evergreen needle extracts and essential oil. It’s deeply nourishing, and particularly valuable for dry and inflamed skin conditions. It’s dense, somehow not-greasy, and penetrating. This is tree medicine from the far-north, among the most revered by our ancestors.
Begin with a shower or bath, and apply afterward, while still wet. A little goes a long way~ and properly absorbs to hydrate skin without leaving an oily feel.
