How will hemp CBD affect me?

How much do I take, and when?
Empathica products usually use a 70 mg per ml cannabinoid concentration. This is higher than you will typically find in the marketplace. Rather than expecting you to count mystery drops, we use metered droppers, so you can measure exactly how much you need.
Many people start out with a ¼ dropper twice per day for a total of 35 mg per day, and may later shift to ½ dropper twice per day for a total of 70 mg cannabinoids per day, depending on individual constitution and need for support to effectively achieve their personal wellness goals. We suggest that you continue with your initial dose choice for 4 weeks, and slowly increase your use if needed. Consistent use is the key. It doesn’t benefit you if you don’t use it.
Full spectrum CBD and other hemp cannabinoids are well tolerated and considered safe. As with any other food or supplement, there is a chance that hemp could cause adverse reactions for some people, and/ or could interact with certain medications.
