Rose is classically wedded, in various combinations on the theme, in traditions around the world. Our version of the herbalist’s standard includes tulsi basil from India, chrysanthemum from China, lemon from the Middle East and nettles from Europe.
The Sipper:
Add 1 tablespoon of Dark Hum Rose Oxymel to 8oz still or sparkling water. Keep it bright and tart, or add a bit of honey to sweeten. Sip.
The Mixer:
Mix 1 tablespoon of Dark Hum Rose Oxymel into your choice of beverage. It's lovely in freshly-made lemonade or tonic.
