Midsömmar Minute Clinic
This is the appointment to schedule when dealing with minor issues, whether chronic or acute. This is also the appointment to schedule for folks who are generally healthy but looking for guidance, and may have some specific questions. People who don’t feel a need for a Full Consult will often be well-supported with occasional Minute Clinic sessions. This is your time to use as you choose, for us to address your priority wellness concerns.
What you can expect:
You will submit a brief Midsommar Minute Clinic Intake Form for me to preview prior to our appointment, if possible.* During our appointment, we’ll review your Intake, and you’ll explain your situation further. I’ll share herbal perspectives on the nature of the situation and offer suggestions, including both traditional and modern holistic approaches. These appointments tend to move quickly. Be ready to take notes! We do not generally provide follow-up notes for you, although we may have written wellness protocols, strategies or recipes to share.
Midsömmar Minute Clinics are 50 minutes long. You will be emailed the Minute Clinic Intake Form, as well as the Informed Consent Form upon checkout.
Please complete the Intake Form 3 days before your appointment for non-urgent appointments.
*Sometimes, Minute Clinic appointments are urgent and there’s no time in advance to complete the Intake. In that case, please complete the Informed Consent.
Please note: You MUST check the box to sign up for our emails at checkout to receive important information about your consultation.
"We're so relieved to meet you! Emma felt heard and seen. She was resisting communicating because she didn't feel believed. She's now enforcing 'lifestyle modifications' on the whole family, to our benefit, and she's diligent with her tinctures and keeps a bottle in her bag. She's doing much better, and I can't thank you enough. I think we may have a budding herbalist on our hands!"

About Elizabeth Moriarty
I've been working as an herbalist and apothecary for over 30 years, both as a clinical practitioner and medicine maker. My training is substantially autodidactic, which is commonly the case for herbalists who've been practicing for a long time in this country. I am a student of both traditional and modern languages of medicine, through books, work with plants and work with people - along with the many and various teachers and mentors I've been fortunate to study with personally and through programs, classes, conferences and herbal community.
