Norway Strawberry
Norwegians will tell you that there’s no strawberry like a Norway strawberry. Long-lived people, my great-gramma Stella told stories to my children, of my own gramma as a little girl, and later, my mom — sitting in the strawberry patch, eating sun-ripe berries. In the far north, fruits and berries tend to be smaller, sweeter and more fragrant, to which we add fresh basil leaves, lemon balm and lavender sprigs. You can sit and sip these all day long.
SUGGESTED USES:
Sipper: Add 1-2 Tablespoons to 6-8 oz still or sparkling water. Keep it bright and tart, or add a bit of honey to sweeten.
Mixer: Mix 1-2 Tablespoons into your choice of beverage. It’s lovely in freshly made lemonade or tonic.
For a fabulous cocktail, with or without liquor, include our Midsömmar Craft Bitters to enhance flavor complexity and digestif qualities.
This is a natural product and will tend to settle. Shake before use.
