On Midsömmar, also known as Litha, Scandinavians celebrate the longest day of the year with flower crowns, bonfires and all manner of testament to love and fertility. The herbs of Litha are considered to be the most potent of medicines, and imbued with sun magic. Summer Porch is our homage to all that is fresh and floral, lush with nourishing pomegranate oil to protect skin after long days of sunshine. Door County is said to be the only place in the United States that continues traditional Midsömmar celebrations, with bonfires at sunset on Fyr Bal Eve.
Body Butter & Oil: Begin with a shower or bath, and apply afterward while still wet. A little goes a long way and properly absorbs to hydrate skin without leaving an oily feel. For the Spa Treatment: Apply oil and massage for deeper penetration.
